This work cap is inspired by vintage workwear style from the early-to-mid 20th century. Samurai has remade these using their renowned specially-developed selvage duck canvas for a classic everyday cap you'll love to wear!

Constructed with a 100% cotton silver lamé selvage I.D, 15oz selvage duck canvas fabric which is specially developed by Samurai and slowly woven on vintage machines at the limit of their capacity. This process results in a hardy, substantial material with a slubby texture. The dark khaki colour is sulphur yarn-dyed, and will age with time to a high-contrasted look like their indigo dyed denim!

Construction-wise, this cap features a 6-panel dome construction with cotton twill lining on the seams and headband for enhanced durability! The short brim is reinforced with chain-stitching construction to retain the shape for many years of wear. Specially made for the overseas market, this Samurai's "INDIGO PLUS" series with a minimal look and of course focusing on the character fading with time.

Samurai specially develop this 18oz slubby textured denim for a future stronger fade. For this pair, the warp has been initially grand indigo yarn-dyed then natural indigo over-dyed more than 10 times! The final result is this denim will age like some grand indigo-dyed denim and appear more vibrant shades of indigo like some natural indigo-dyed denim at the same time!

The ultra-thick cowhide leather patch has been slowly natural dyed by hand then naturally dried. Once naturally dried, the patch is then hand polished using horse oil to achieve an amazing matte sheen! With oxidised iron buttons for the fly and copper rivets throughout, this one will hold up sturdy with wear.

With this in mind, Samurai has crafted a truly one-of-a-kind green denim in a hefty 17oz left-hand twill fabric for you to enjoy!

This pair is constructed with Samurai's specially developed 17oz green selvedge ID lefthand twill denim made from a 100% cotton blend from America, Australia and Brazil. Slowly woven on vintage machines, this fabric has an incredibly slubby texture that is still soft and comfortable for daily wear! Thanks to the yarn-dyeing process and the LHT properties, you can expect to see some high contrast fading with wear and washing with a strong vertical texture appearing more and more!
