Australian orders
- Orders over $100 AUD receive free shipping.
- Orders under $100 AUD will incur an $22 AUD fee.
Shipping is facilitated by Australia Post. Parcels are trackable and usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
Exchanges incur an additional $22 AUD for shipping.
International orders
Default shipping method:
- Orders over $200 AUD (Approx $140 USD) receive free shipping.
- Orders under $200 AUD (Approx $140 USD) will incur an $55 AUD fee.
Shipping is facilitated by Australia Post EMS Service. Parcels are trackable and usually delivered within 7-15 business days.
Australia Post orders are handled by domestic shipping services upon arrival to the destined country.
Exchanges incur an additional $55 AUD for shipping.
DHL shipping services
If you would prefer DHL shipping services for your order, please choose DHL shipping when checkout or contact us with for a quote as cost varies per location. Exchanges incur an additional $99AUD for shipping.DHL Premium
- Orders over $200 AUD (Approx $140 USD) typically incur an $44 AUD fee.
- Orders under $200 AUD (Approx $140 USD) typically will incur an $99 AUD fee.
- Orders over $1000 AUD (Approx $700 USD) are typically free. Some conditions apply.
Shipping conditions
All shipping and tracking information will be provided to you. Any tracking or shipping service enquiries are your responsibility once dispatched.
Please note that shipping times are approximate only, due to aspects outside of our control such as weather conditions, local couriers and customs.
In unlikely situations, shipments may take up to 30 days.
Returns
Online orders
We do not offer any refunds excluding products with quality issues.
For incorrect sizes or regrets we may be able to exchange the item(s) or provide you store credit. In this situation, please Contact Us.
The exchange of new unaltered, undamaged, and unworn (except from being tried on for size) items may be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Product that has been altered cannot be exchanged or swapped for store credit.
Please note that the acceptance of exchanges or store credit can only be granted at our discretion after we receive the products.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
