A. < Concept >
Inspired by the 2003 film 'The Last Samurai', one of the most iconic Samurai-themed movies, recognised by our Western Samurai fans.
The core idea behind this project is our belief that every Samurai Jeans fan has the potential to transform into a “Modern Western Samurai”—someone who dares to fight for his life, his family, and most importantly, his FREE WILL！
If you carry the “Spirit of the Samurai”, then you are a Samurai!

B. < Denim >
Crafted with Samurai’s specially developed 25oz gold selvage ID ultra-smooth denim—made from full-grain cotton and slowly woven on vintage looms at an extremely slow pace. The grand indigo yarn is thread-dyed over 25 times, resulting in an ultra-deep indigo tone. Through wear and wash, it will age into a high-contrast fade that echoes the “Slash of a Katana!

The graphic design is your first portal into this story.

Just like how we confront life each day—if you fight for it with honour, silently and from the depths of your soul—you are already walking the path of the “Spirit of the Samurai.”
This graphic design is discharge printed by hand; it will age to a more vintage look, along with denim, to a more soulful look.
b.”Functional Designs”
To make it a more useful denim tote bag for our western Samurai Jeans fans, we have asked Samurai to add copper snap buttons to make this bag more secure for your daily use, an inner pocket that allows you to store your wallet or keys, and the binding construction with crossing stitching to make sure this denim totebag will last a few decades for you!
