Lewis Leathers have delved deep into their vintage archives and reproduced this stunning countryman jacket, originally produced during WW2. Lewis Leathers have preserved all the original details including the vintage-spec woven tag for an all-time classic look!

Made entirely in Britain, fashioned from buttery soft sheepskin, this jacket is very easy to wear, either dressed up or down. Vegetable tanned, so it’s deeply rich in colour, this piece will age gracefully with wear. 

For this run, we opted for a heavy-duty red cotton twill lining for the jacket body, and brown silky brown satin for the sleeves to offer some strikingly beautiful contrast and keep you comfy all year round. Vintage spec details include an internal zipped pocket and two external button flap pockets with zips to secure your daily valuables! Finally, the elasticated side knitted waistband provides a sleek silhouette while ensuring maximum comfort and ease of movement!

These scarves are constructed with 100% pure lambswool in Scotland by highly skilled weavers. The lamb wool has a soft and comfortable texture that won't irritate the skin like regular wool. The intricate tartan design is constructed with thread-dyed yarns that are skilfully woven together.

They've worked with renowned British tattooist and artist Liam Alvy, taking his playful tiger imagery and slapping on their excellent tees. Drawing from old-school tattoo imagery, these graphics are sure to add a pop to any outfit. The artist and the brand couldn't be more well-matched; a perfect symbiosis of vintage vibes!

First introduced in 1973, the Lewis Leathers Cyclone jacket was initially aimed at the motorcyclist market, but quickly proved popular amongst punk and rock musicians of the day, including Chrissie Hynde of The Pretenders and Mick Jones of The Clash! Even today, the 'Cyclone' jacket is worn by everyone from Slash to Japanese fashion designer Jun Takahashi!

This season we have chosen a dark navy horsehide leather for the shell which looks similar like black in the brand new condition. Compared with standard cowhide leather, horsehide is immediately shinier with a rich sheen and more highly textured grain! With time, the leather will become shinier and age to an even more soulful look! For the lining, we have chosen a heavy-duty red cotton twill, which will keep you warm and remain durable for many years to come!

This jacket features buckle-strap waist adjusters, and zipped cuffs so you can customise it for the perfect fit! The distinctive snap button strap on the waist can be worn closed for a secure fit or left open for authentic rocker style!

Lewis Leathers have brought us their latest version of the popular Western Jacket style, now coming to you in a premium Rutland Skeepskin leather!

Compared to standard sheepskin Rutland sheepskin leather is slightly thicker, whilst having the same rich sheen and the detailed grain of premium horsehide. Owing to the combined chrome and vegetable tanning process, the leather is super supple and immediately comfortable, meaning there is no break-in period. For the lining, we have chosen a brown cotton tartan fabric, for that effortlessly cool vintage British style!

For ease-of-use durable snap buttons are used for the front opening, as well as the chest pockets and sleeve openings. Snap button waist adjusters can be customised to get the perfect fit. For this season, Lewis Leathers' have adjusted the fitting with CORLECTION, to create a slightly longer and more comfortable, while still retaining that sleek, slim silhouette!
