The shell is made of a 1.3mm ultra-thick deer hide, specially developed by Japan's most famous deerskin tannery -- Fujioka for The Flat Head! Fujioka hand-picked the best of the best wild deerskin and takes over 6 months to finish its tanning process. The result is the deer hide they use has a butter-soft texture and comes with rich natural oil underneath. The black tea-core colour takes 3 months for the dyeing process, with wear, you will see some dark brown coming up little by little with time to a more vintage look!

This jacket is lined with their signature lightweight kersey rayon, which is made up of bamboo fibre. The material is antibacterial and also makes this horsehide jacket more breathable on warm days!

Slowly woven using a re-constructed denim machine, this selvage dobby fabric has a pronounced 3-dimensional texture. The shirt is constructed with 100% high-grade linen-made, 4oz twill fabric, specially developed by TFH to be ultra-breathable and soft as cashmere! Slowly woven on vintage machines, this fabric has a slightly irregular texture. TFH's highly skilled craftsmen have indigo screen printed the beautiful 'hundred tigers' pattern.
