WAREHOUSE "BOMBER BARONS" 'BAMBOO TEXTURED' TEE (HEATHER GRAY)
During World War II, the 5th Bombardment Group (Heavy) "Bomber Barons" (5th BG) operated the B-24 Liberator in the South Pacific, Nicknamed "Bomber Barons" the motif was a skull with wings with "Kiai O Kalewa" (Hawaiian for "Guardians of the Upper Realm").
Warehouse does make some of the best of the best vintage history tees.
Slowly woven, the fabric has very strong horizontal textures which just look like segments of bamboo. The fabric is also very elastic and breathable just like all of our other garments. It was knitted by vintage machines with a different way of knitting. The machine has to work at a very slow pace that could only produce sufficient fabric for 10 tees per day.
The slightly higher collar design and ribbed construction will enhance the shape to make it last longer than other tees! It uses the same construction for the collar as some high-end 1950s "Sportswear T-Shirt" which are very rare to find in other brands now!
If you're after some classic looking vintage-inspired tees, these are a great choice!
