Freewheelers 30s Motorcycle "La Brea" Horsehide Jacket (Rude Black)
Talk about some 'Best of The Best' leather jackets, how could you ignore Freewheelers?
Inspired by the 1930s vintage motorcycle double-breasted leather jacket, Freewheelers does make it even better!
The shell is made of Freewheelers' specially developed 1.3mm thickness horsehide in a Rude Black colourway. This Rude Black horsehide has even more sheen and a more luxurious feel if you compare it with their Vintage Black version. This Rude Black horsehide has been dyed in a grey colourway and then over-dyed in black colourway again, with time, you will expect it to age to a rugged vintage look!
The linings of this jacket are our other favourite parts! The lining of the body is constructed with Freewheelers' specially developed medium-weight high-density wool fleece and the sleeves are lined with their specially developed medium-weight cotton flannel to keep you warm in those windy days!
Design-wise, this is our favourite 'D' Shaped-pocket Motorcycle jacket design! It comes with a side-zip, open collar and leather belt which is considered a classic pre-war aviators' motorcycle jacket design. The sleeves and the front pocket have silver-coated iron rivets on them, which are hand-hammered by skilful Japanese craftsmen that give this jacket a more rugged look.
Fitting-wise, it has slimmer sleeves and a more curved body than the vintage version, which fits more elegantly for most of the customers!
If you are looking for a Best of The Best motorcycle leather jacket, no doubt, this is The ultimate version!
