As with previous years, we've worked with The Flat Head to make this overseas version 1 inch longer vertically than the standard series to make up for a modern fit.

The Flat Head has been producing some of the best artisan-level leather goods for well over a decade now! The tri-fold mini wallet is made using their own specially developed shell cordovan. This leather takes more than three months of tanning and dyeing to achieve the final colour. The craftsmen then take this amazing, high-density cordovan and hand-cut and sew the wallet together. A staple care product, the The Flat Head Horse Oil is a must-have! Made by Japan's worldwide famous horsehide and cordovan expert Shinki Leather Co., this horse oil is perfect for all your leather goods!

The oil is comprised of several ingredients to make clean, protect, enhance, and provide longevity. The king of fabrication is back!

Many who had the chance to experience TFH's signature fabrics know that they're something seriously special.

This 10oz Wabash fabric is slowly woven exclusively by TFH using a vintage denim machine, this yields a beautifully textured surface that will gain rich contrast with wear. The deep grand indigo-dyed threads will slowly reveal more shades of indigo and gain a stronger vertical textured fade. In classic Wabash style, the dotted pattern has been discharged printed and will gradually fade to a lighter, irregular look.

These socks are made using vintage knitting machines customised to TFH's requirements. The densely knitted fabric is cool and breathable. The knitted threads are also specifically treated to offer antibacterial properties.

Take a tour of the Far East!

The Flat Head are renowned for their premium quality embroidered souvenir jackets and this latest version is no exception!

The "Far East" side of the jacket is constructed with a high-density military chino fabric that has been slowly woven using vintage machines. The result is a silky smooth fabric that is comfortable yet highly durable!

Adorning this side of the jacket is the eye-catching embroidery! This has been hand-stitched by skilled craftsmen using rayon thread which contrasts nicely with the black cotton shell! Each embroidered symbol is inspired by the souvenir jackets produced during the end of WWII and features classic motifs from Japanese culture!

On the reverse-side TFH has used a super supple rayon crepe shell with the iconic "Hundred Tigers" print design which is inspired by vintage Hawaiian shirts from the mid-20th century! As rayon can become easily crinkled with conventional auto-screen printing, each design is printed by hand by skilled craftsmen to ensure the sharp details of the pattern remain!

Inspired by the 1920s vintage denim coverall, The Flat Head re-creates this masterpiece for a high-end look!

This 10oz selvage denim is specially developed by The Flat Head and exclusively made for this denim coverall. This denim is made up of long fibre, high-grade Zimbabwe cotton. This denim's warp is thread dyed with grand indigo and has its unique sheen, and with wear and wash you can expect some high contrasted, vertical ageing look becomes!

Construction-wise this denim coverall comes with a cinch collar design that will keep your neck cozy on windy days. The buttons are uniquely manufactured in an old bottle top factory in Japan, and then hand-engraved on the face with the signature 'Flat Head' logo!
