Made using their own specially developed full-grain cowhide, it is one of the best cowhide, no doubt! This natural tan version will age to a darker and appear more sheen with time! Inspired by iconic sunglasses styles from the late 50s, TFH recreate these classic pieces for modern times!
Taking influence from vintage sunglass styles from the 50s and 60s, TFH has crafted these modern reproductions using traditional techniques! Unlike some brands that use cheaper mould construction, each acetate frame has been hand-cut and polished by TFH's most skilled craftsmen using the same techniques used by antique sunglass makers from Italy and Mexico from the mid-20th century. This handmade process makes each piece is truly one of a kind!
Construction-wise, these are built to TFH's uncompromising standards with an ultra-sturdy 7-piece hinge for durable use! Engraved name branding on the inner temple adds a subtle hidden detail!

The Flat Head Horsehide Quilted Single Riders Jacket (Jet Black)
Talking about some of the best ‘Made In Japan' leather jackets, you can not ignore The Flat Head! Their latest version of the single-riders jacket features the iconic quilted construction on the side seam inspired by the original 1950s vintage models!
The shell is made of a 1.3mm thick horsehide which is specially developed by Shinki, the most famous Japanese leather tannery for The Flat Head! It takes 4 ~ 6 months to finish its vegetable tanning process and its black uneven dyeing (a.k.a Black Tea-core Dyeing). With wear, you will expect some more beautiful sheen and also some reddish-brown underneath coming up little by little.
This jacket is lined with their signature lightweight kersey rayon, which is made up of bamboo fibre. The material is antibacterial and also makes this horsehide jacket more breathable on warm days!
Construction-wise, this jacket has 'Leather Piping Construction' in the back yoke for extra strength. The back has twin iron buckles that allow you to adjust for different styling and layering in different seasons! The buckles are plated with brass and with wear, you can expect both buckles to age to a crackled vintage look. The beautiful diamond pattern quilted construction on the side seams provides extra comfort, insulation and ease of movement so you will never want to take it off!

Since the early days of the brand, TFH has had a focus on creating quality garments in all categories. Since the introduction of its signature loopwheel fabric, TFH has made their mark as one of the most serious Made in Japan brands for tees.
Specially developed to TFH's requirements, these tees are made from their 7oz that same signature loopwheel fabric. It has a soft feeling against the skin, and great breathability but an incredibly durable characteristic that allows you to wear it for many years without experiencing overstretching.
Famous for their attention to detail, TFH has used vintage 1960s flat seam machines to construct these.
