This denim is constructed with The Flat Head’s specially developed 14.5oz orange selvedge I.D. “signature” denim, made from short-fibre American cotton. Slowly woven using vintage denim machines, this denim has an irregular texture and vertical grain! Thanks to the grand-indigo dyeing process, this denim will age to a high-contrast indigo look, with the “doshaburi” - heavy-rain - vertical texture becoming even more pronounced.
Speaking of details, this denim features a vegetable-tanned cowhide leather patch that will gradually soften and become shinier with a darker patina! The fly is finished with heavy-duty iron buttons, while the riveted construction makes these highly durable for long-term wear!
