Made from a 15.7oz Zimbabwean fabric, this pair is part of the Momotaro "Vintage Label" line. Not quite light, not quite heavy - these jeans are the perfect all-rounder. Soft, easy-to-wear denim, with a little bit of weight!
Momotaro usually does the 15.7oz SP line once washed, but they were willing to bend the rules exclusively for us here at Corlection! So we’re proud to offer this classic Momotaro line raw & ready to be shrunk!
Featuring all the details you'd expect from Momotaro, with iron Momo buttons, hidden copper rivets, jacquard-lined pockets, and the cow-hide patch on the back. And, of course, the signature Mono peach inseam and selvedge threading!
With wear and time the jeans will age gracefully, fading to a high contrast look that will show off the various shades of beautiful indigo!
The 0605 model is a high-rise jean, with a straight leg fit. We find it sits pretty high on the waist, and is fairly straight down the leg, and slightly tapers in at the leg opening. A modern lightly-tapered fit - a classic straight leg denim.

A new classic from the Momotaro line, this is the perfect mid-weight pair of jeans. Made from a classic 13oz Zimbabwe cotton denim, it's a lovely combination of soft and easy-to-wear denim that is perfect all year round wear!
Using the same weaving method as their 15.7oz denim, this pair strikes the perfect balance between super-soft comfort with a slightly irregular texture for some soulful character! Just like their 15.7oz denim, this has been indigo yarn-dyed around 20 times resulting in an ultra-rich, almost black look! With time, you can expect to see some beautiful high contrast fading with plenty of lighter and darker indigo hues!

An 'All-Time-classic' from the Momotaro line, this is created for you who love heavyweight denim!
Using the same weaving method as their 15.7oz denim, this 18oz denim has a slightly more uneven texture and rugged feeling! This 18oz denim has been grand indigo yarn-dyed around 25 times resulting in an ultra-rich, almost black look! With time, you can expect to see some higher contrast fading if you compare it to the standard 15.7oz version!

A new classic from the Momotaro line, this is the perfect mid-weight pair of jeans. Made from a classic 13oz Zimbabwe cotton denim, it’s a lovely combination of soft and easy-to-wear denim that is perfect all year round wear!
Using the same weaving method as their 15.7oz denim, this pair strikes the perfect balance between super-soft comfort and a slightly irregular texture for some soulful character! Not just a pair of white denim, but this pair of ivory-coloured denim is sulphur thread-dyed with an ivory tone to make it easier to match up with a suit or blazer for a semi-casual look! With time, it will age to a whiter colourway!

Momotaro 8.5oz "Going To Battle" L/S Tee
A new standard, an iconic classic!
Momotaro is back again, with their new and improved GTB tee - this time in a slightly heavier 8.5oz long-sleeve version!
This tee is constructed with 100% thick Zimbabwean cotton, which is slowly spun on vintage looms, resulting in a substantially thick fabric! With the increased weight from previous seasons, this tee has a subtly irregular texture that will become more pronounced with wear and age!
The colourway has been yarn-dyed and will age to fade to a soulful look with time!
Of course, this tee features the iconic GTB stripes on the sleeve! The stripes are discharge printed, and will age and crackle gracefully with wash and wear!

Here we have Momo's 12.5oz selvage moleskin trousers. Taking a no-frills approach, Momo keeps the design simple and classic, focusing on premium materials and construction for long-term wear!
Slowly woven on re-constructed vintage denim machines to produce this dense and durable moleskin fabric! In brand-new condition, the surface is smooth with a velvet-like texture. With ongoing use, a 'rough out' like texture will develop as it ages to a very tasteful vintage look.

Momotaro 8oz "Indigo Boro" Jacquard Workshirt
Inspired by the vintage Japanese heritage 'boro' or 'patchwork style' of repairing and re-stitching garments, this piece is deeply rooted in both Japanese workwear and history.
This 8oz fabric is slowly woven from the vintage jacquard knitting machine, it comes with some beautiful uneven textures that are inspired by the traditional Japanese patchwork kimono repair technique, and all the cotton threads are yarn-dyed with different tones of indigo. With many wears and washes, you can expect it to age to a higher contrasted look with a more pronounced texture!

Momotaro 18oz 'Indigo X Gray' 52GSP Denim
MOMO delivers the goods once again!
We've got something a little unusual from Momo for you this time! They've brought us a very tasty pair of Indigo x Grey 18oz jeans!
Made with Momo's signature 100% Zimbabwean cotton, these are slowly, tightly woven using vintage denim machines to produce a substantial 18oz denim with a smooth and slightly irregular texture. The denim features a grand indigo thread-dyed warp and a dark grey sulphur thread-dyed weft. The dark grey weft gives this denim a darker, dressier look at the beginning, but with time it will age gracefully and fade to a higher contrast look with streaks of lightning blue indigo colour coming through!
Speaking of details, this pair features the signature Momo pink selvedge I.D, hidden rivets, custom-engraved buttons, grey deerskin patch, ultra-thick grey chain stitching and Jacquard pocket lining. The back pocket features Momo's signature classic GTB stripes which will crackle and age to a soulful look with wear and time!

LUXURY-standard basics from Momotaro!
Momotaro produces some of the best high-quality basic items with their twist, and this heavyweight waffle thermal shirt is no exception!
This thermal shirt is constructed with 100% cotton fabric which has been slowly woven using vintage knitting machines. This results in a highly textured heavyweight waffle fabric which is sure to keep you warm while remaining highly breathable! Flexible ribbing fabric is used on the collar and sleeve openings to keep protected from the elements while remaining comfy and easy to wear!
Skillfully screen-printed by Momotaro craftsman, the signature 'GTB' battle stripes on the left arm add some nice detailing to complete the look! With wear and washing, these will crackle and age to a soulful vintage look with time!

Momotaro 15.7oz "Year Of The Dragon" Left-Hand Denim (Modern Straight fit)
2024 - Year of the Indigo Dragon!
To commemorate the Year of the Dragon, Momotaro has produced this stunning limited-edition pair of denim, featuring Left-Hand twill fabric and amazing details!
These jeans are constructed with specially developed 15.7oz left-hand twill denim, using 100% ultra-long Zimbabwe cotton which has been slowly woven using vintage machines. Compared with right-hand twill denim, LHT has a more pronounced vertical texture that will become more apparent with wear and wash! The cotton yarns are grand indigo thread-dyed to produce an ultra-dark indigo colour. With wear and washing these will age up to a high-contrast indigo look, with many light and dark shades shining through!
The real beauty, however, is in the details! Momotaro has chosen an amazing custom-designed cowhide leather patch featuring their signature "Peach-Boy" and "2024" laser print stamped on top. This special technique produces a holographic-like effect where you can see different graphics when looking from different angles! Additionally, Momotaro has tweaked their signature GBT stripes on the back pocket with special a two-tone indigo colourway. These have been screenprinted by skilled Japanese craftsmen and will crackle and age to a soulful vintage look with wear! Looking closely, you can see the indigo dragon embroidery design on the back pocket as well as a woven patch design on the inner waistband. In the Chinese zodiac, the dragon is said to bring happiness, strength and good health! Finally, the cotton twill pocket bags have been woven using jacquard machines to create a 3-dimensional design. This design will become more and more apparent with time and indigo transfer!
