Freewheelers' latest sub-label collection ---- "Motor Psyclone" continues the brand's reimagining of iconic Americana by delving into the fashion styles of the 1960s motorcycle and music countercultures. The "Havoc" Western Shirt reminds us of the attire of classic villains and anti-heroes from Western movies, as well as the clothing of psychedelic and hard-rock musicians that came to define the decade!

The 8oz denim fabric has been slowly woven using vintage machines to create a smooth yet subtly uneven textured hand feel. Both the warp and weft have been yarn-dyed with black sulphur dye for a completely blacked-out look! With time, however, you can expect some beautiful monochrome fading, as the black surface fades revealing a white core!

Freewheelers have loaded this shirt with plenty of tasteful and eye-catching details! This shirt features a classic western yoke pattern on the front and back with subtle tonal stitching. The iron snap buttons with mother of pearl inlays on the front placket, chest pockets and sleeve openings, gleam in contrast to the rest of the black silhouette. As one of the most practical gears popularised by the US NAVY (USN), this one was for the harsh weather and used for its serious durability.

When it comes to jungle clothing, FW's are the most serious! It's slowly woven on vintage machines with a high density which makes it windproof and resistant to tearing under strain. The surface has a waxed appearance which is weather-resistant but still breathable compared to technical modern fabrics. With time you'll see some amazingly soulful, vintage fading characteristics as soft contrast appears. For added comfort and durability, the hood and pockets have been lined with brushed lightweight cotton flannel. You can feel the smooth texture of the flannel against your skin with each use.

Just like FW's famous N-1 Deck jacket, this one features serious single needle construction using heavy threads. Another outdoorsman classic from FW's BUBO sub-brand!
This season FW introduces us to something rare! This comes from the 50s~ when the USA AIR FORCE was introducing one of their most iconic styles, the CRUISER JACKET.

This outer shell is authentically American in appearance but truly British. This British Millerain fabric is a vintage machine woven and finished with a specially developed oil treatment that results in a supple 'calfskin' like feeling and rainproof characteristics like technical fabrics. This means that being with wear, you'll see some beautiful patina. The creased areas will become lighter and areas of wear will darken. For the inner lining, a 'hunting duck' camo patterned style nylon fabric, it'll keep you cosy and allow for easy movement.

Made using vintage sewing machines the construction is super skilful. Take a look at the curved pockets and intricate details on the shoulder pocket. For the ultimate durability, the zips are vintage standard 'WALDES'. For added contrast, polished wooden buttons have been used for the secured details. The ribbed collar, sleeves and bottom hem are made using vintage knitting machines, which time they'll hold their original shape and keep you warm.

Back again, here's one of FW's most popular denim jackets! It's safe to say this Type 1 is ON-POINT!

Here we have their 1946 series denim jacket made from 5 different kinds of short fibre U.S cotton.

Using vintage machines, this denim has an incredible, irregular texture with clusters of white dots varying in size.

The vintage indigo dye makes up for a vibrant, blue sky look but with a deep tone! With time, this one will age up with some beautiful soft contrast and give off an exaggerated irregular texture!

With vintage-inspired chain stitch runoffs, contrasting denim lining in the pocket flap and a selvage re-enforcement in the pocket, this is a seriously detailed piece! For a perfect fit, you can always adjust the cinch back.

Compared to the 1943 version, this fits with slightly larger armholes and sleeves with a short vertical length.

Even better than vintage! This season we are proud to bring you Freewheelers' classic 507xx 14oz Type 2 Denim Jacket!

When we first experienced this denim many years ago in their LOT 601XX 1951, we were shocked by the level of attention to detail and texture of the denim! The pattern is based on the famous Levi's type II jacket design beloved by 50s movie stars & rockers alike!

Freewheelers specially-developed 140z denim has been slowly woven on vintage shuttle looms to produce the perfect weight, slightly neppy textured fabric with tasteful vertical patterns! The denim has been yarn-dyed indigo resulting in some of the most beautiful sky-blue fading we have ever seen!

Upon first glance, one of the standout details is the prominent, enamel-coated riveted buttons. The enamel itself will gradually fade to a lighter shade and chip with long term usage resembling some of the rarest vintage Levi's examples. Such a tasteful detail! The rear side adjusters allow for the perfect fit and compliment the overall silhouette. Compared with Freewheelers Type I jacket, this features a slightly larger collar design which adds to the tasteful vibe! For the largest sizes, FW has slightly altered the pattern to include a T-back - just like some vintage Levis samples!
