The vertical texture is subtle yet has many white dots that will be enhanced in time. The softness will increase and fade to a soft contrasted look. For added practicality, this denim has been woven and processed in a way that promotes anti-bacterial properties and has increased aeration.

Let that indigo shine out with time!

Inspired by vintage field hats, JB blended this practical design with the traditional Japanese sashiko fabric. We do like this combination of modern design and tradition.

The outer shell is made of a vintage machine weaved medium weight sashiko fabric. The threads have been grand indigo-dyed to reveal beautiful high contrast fading with time. The lower surfaces of the fabric will retain their dark hue whilst the raised surfaces will brighten and shine!

With a re-inforced cotton twill sweatband and cotton twill lining, it'll fit comfortably on your head no matter the season.

Here we have the latest iteration of one of JB's most iconic denim made with their specialty cotton.

Woven using vintage machines, this 16.5oz denim is made up of naturally grown and picked cotton from Cote d’Ivoire. The texture features beautiful elements of slub and nep, resulting in a strong contrast fade with use! Thanks to the grand indigo thread dye, you'll see many shades of indigo become revealed with time.

The 16.5oz Cote d’Ivoire ‘Monster selvedge’. This is their iconic denim made from naturally grown, handpicked cotton and woven with a low tension to create an amazing irregular texture. This will fade to a rough, high contrast look.

Denim #2:
The 14.8oz Texas, US cotton selvedge. This denim has a rigid feeling and a rough vintage-like texture. With time you'll see some soulful vintage contrast as the texture becomes enhanced.

Denim #3:
The 12.5oz African cotton selvedge. The beauty of African cotton shines out in this denim. The Weft has a subtle brown hue which will create a soft contrast faded look with time.

Denim #4:
12.5oz Stretch selvedge. A specially developed, 100% cotton denim that features a subtle amount of stretch. Its smooth surface makes for an extra comfortable feeling and soft, vintage fade with time.

Created with riveted front pockets and bar tacked rear pockets, this is a great combination of vintage detailing and a modern look. The leather patch is extra heavyweight compared to the standard series and is vegetable tanned to make for a rich, dark brown patina with use.

Made using Tochigi cowhide which is a famous kind of Japanese vegetable-tanned cowhide, you can expect some amazing patina with use. The colour is developed using bark from South America which results in a beautiful, deep hue.

The oxidised buckle will continue to develop more patina and stay in place thanks to the screw-in construction and hand-sewn reinforcements. When we are thinking about a perfect pair of black denim, we would like to have them 'All-Black-Everything'! So today, we would like to introduce you to this Limited Edition denim ---- "Black-Hole" (100 pairs made only), we have just cooked up with Japan Blue for you to enjoy!

This pair of denim is constructed with their limited run, 14oz red selvage ID black denim. This denim is made of short fibre, U.S cotton and slowly woven from the vintage machine. The warp and weft are all sulphur yarn-dyed, with wear and wash, you will see some beautiful vertical fades and they will fade to 'BLACK & WHITE' look!

The leather patch is finished with embossed black over-dyed cowhide and the artwork of graphic design is inspired by the traditional Japanese brush pen writing that gives a NIPON soul to this collaboration black denim!
