Construction-wise, the cap features a classic six-panel construction, ensuring durability and structure for years of wear.
This cap comes in three different variants, 10oz HBT in both Sunset Beige and Dawn Black, as well as in a heavier 12oz Indigo Dyed Nep Denim:
10oz HBT Sunset Beige
This A-3 cap is crafted from Japanese 10oz herringbone twill, slowly woven on a vintage shuttle loom. The cotton threads are yarn-dyed with a sand beige tone, giving it a warm vintage vibe in brand new condition, with wear and wash, it will age nicely to a more soulful look.
10oz HBT Dawn Black
This A-3 cap is crafted from Japanese 10oz herringbone twill, slowly woven on a vintage shuttle loom. The cotton threads are yarn-dyed with a pure black tone, giving it an Ultimate Black tone in brand new conditon, with wear and wash, it will age nicely to a contrasted ‘Black and White’ look.
12oz Indigo Dyed Nep Denim
This A-3 cap is crafted from Japanese 12oz selvage nep-textured Weapon Denim, slowly and tightly woven on vintage denim machines. The warp yarns are thread-dyed in deep grand indigo, while the weft is sulphur-dyed in dark grey, creating a rich and complex base tone. With wear and washing over time, the denim gradually reveals multiple shades of indigo. The snowflake-like nep texture will slowly fade away, giving way to subtle short vertical textures that emerge naturally through age and use—developing a character unique to each piece.
