Freewheelers have used specially developed heavyweight quick-dry Cordura jersey fabric. This fabric, made up of a 60% cotton, 40% nylon blend, is slowly woven to give a subtly irregular texture that is comfortable against the skin yet highly durable and abrasion-resistant. Additionally, this fabric has excellent water absorption and quick dry properties, making it ideal for wear in any weather situation!
The graphic design features the signature UT monster inside a circular triangle on the front, with "Ultima Thule Equipment" text on the back. This design has been screenprinted by Freewheeler's highly skilled craftsmen and will age to a soulful look with time as it chips and cracks!

This one is for the true rare denim fans! Freewheelers have created this early type 1 denim jacket (a.k.a Denim Blouse) inspired by a super rare Levi's model produced around 1922!
This 14oz red selvedge I.D denim is specially developed for this 1922 series denim and has been slowly woven with vintage denim machines, resulting in a tasteful fabric that strikes the perfect balance of slubbiness with a subtly irregular texture. The denim has been yarn-dyed with a deep dark indigo. With wear and wash, you can expect to see some beautiful high-contrast indigo fading!
This model features the 'down pocket' style with a single no-flap pocket halfway between the chest and waist. Fitting-wise this model has a wide fit shoulder with plenty of room in the arms for functional daily use. The vertical length is short and boxy just like the classic vintage examples. Freewheekers have made the collar slightly smaller and wide-spread for an elegant look. Constructed with their specially developed medium-weight cotton back satin, the texture is super smooth and breathable. With time, the surface will gain a scattered fade with soft contrast thanks to being vintage machine woven.
For a clean look, FW has gone with tonal construction such as chain stitching and extra large dome-shaped urea buttons. FW has elevated the vintage-style construction to a whole new level. The front and rear pockets feature the classic baker style and bartack stitchings.

Made from the loopwheel fabric which is specially developed by Freewheelers using heavyweight cotton yarn and slower machine knitting processes, these sweats a wonderfully soft, yet very firm, loopwheel cotton make that will maintain its shape over time. For an improved fitting, a re-reinforcement ribbing fabric has been used in addition to the loopwheel body.
For a durable daily piece, the front side pockets are reinforced with extra bar tack stitching and the waistband features a heavy woven drawstring. The crotch features a 'freedom' pattern for more movement.

Inspired by caps worn by train yard workers in the 1920s, FW has re-imagined the proportions and fabrics to take this piece to another level!
The outer shell is made up of an over-dyed, heavy cotton twill fabric with a strong vertical texture. In contrast, the brim and outer edges have been made with mid to large-scale corduroy fabric.
Thanks to the pattern, the crown’s shape has a classic rounded silhouette but can be easily worn for a modern-vintage style!
