Samurai 10oz Indigo Dyed “Nippon Cotton” 1940s Style Denim Overalls

“Nippon Cotton — The Raw. The Finest!”

The design of these denim overalls draws inspiration from the 1940s denim worker overalls. It was only available for Direct Retail from Samurai’s “Cotton Project” direct shop in Osaka. Finally, this season, Samurai could produce enough quantity for overseas customers!

This 10oz high-density selvedge denim is a newly developed fabric by Samurai. Fully made of Samurai’s self-farmed Japanese cotton, slowly woven on the vintage denim machine. This denim has a mild-nep texture and a smooth hand touch. The fabric is thread-dyed with grand indigo, such that with wear and washing it will age beautifully into a high-contrast look.

Design-wise, these denim overalls features some of the most functional designs, which are really designed for hard workers! From the adjustable straps for different body sizes and heights, a functional chest pocket, a functional apron pocket at the centre, a double-knee design for extra durability for those who always bend to pick up cotton on the farm, dual side pockets to store your daily gear, and small hidden tool pockets on the thigh.

If you are looking for a very stylish, unique, textured pair of denim overalls, this should be an ideal choice!
