“IRONIC!”
This jacket takes its inspiration from the classic early ‘50s McGregor “Scottish Drizzler” jacket (also known as the “Swing Top” jacket in Japan). Iron Heart twists it into an “All-Season” version for you to enjoy.
This jacket is constructed from Japanese 6.2oz high-density cotton serge, slowly woven on vintage shuttle looms. The fabric has a smooth, comfortable hand feel that makes it a pleasure to wear across a variety of occasions. The yarns are sulphur-dyed, allowing the colour to gradually fade and develop a rich vintage character with wear and age.
Design-wise, we love the practical twin straight zips, partially elasticated side hems, and adjustable cuffs that allow you to wear different layers underneath throughout the seasons. The “Iron Heart” logo is chain-stitched on the left chest, perfectly representing Iron Heart’s commitment to quality production.
The irony? IRONIC!
