Constructed with BONCOURA's specially developed signature 15oz light purple selvage ID "Ike-Momen" denim, the same denim used for their bestselling 66' denim! Slowly woven on vintage machines, this denim strikes the perfect balance of smooth and subtly irregular texture for that authentic vintage vibe! The pure indigo colourway is thread-dyed and will age slowly to a beautiful high-contrast look with wear and washing!
Design-wise, we believe this is the most complicated and beautiful denim jacket design from BONCOURA so far! We love the left chest pocket design with the pencil slot and twin hand-warmer pockets that allow you to place your hands inside them on cold days. All the pockets and joints come with ‘Bar-Tack’ stitchings for extra durability for decades of wear! The snap button caps are manufactured by a traditional Japanese factory that originally produced beer bottle caps for over a hundred years, engraved with BONCOURA’s ‘Lighthouse’ logo.
The back side comes with a functional pleat that gives the wearer more movement when riding a bike (or a beautiful horse if you own one)~Classic regular fit, you can match this jacket up with your favourite short-sleeve tees or long-sleeve shirts underneath!
