Warehouse Co. 5.5oz "Things As They Ought To Be" 'Bamboo Textured' Tee (Black)

"Things As They Ought To Be!"
The Billiken is a charm doll created by American art teacher and illustrator Florence Pretz from Kansas City, Missouri. In Japan, it is regarded as a god of wealth, particularly in Osaka (the hometown of Warehouse Co. ).
Crafted from Warehouse Co.’s specially developed 5.5oz “Bamboo Textured” knit, the fabric is slowly woven on a vintage early-1950s Sinker tubular knitting machine. This low-tension, gravity-fed process yields just one meter of fabric per hour—enough for only around ten T-shirts per day. The yarn-dyed finish will age gracefully over time, developing a deep, authentic vintage character.
In terms of construction, it features a slightly higher ribbed collar, helping the garment better retain its shape over time.
