Inspired by late ’70s mountain parka designs, Unique Garment have reworked its original design from the ground up, giving it an even better fit and improving the construction. That’s why Unique Garment calls it VERSION 2.0!
The shell is constructed from Japanese water-resistant high-tech fabric, featuring a smooth hand feel reminiscent of heavyweight cotton moleskin combined with an uneven, textured surface that resembles suede cowhide. The jacket is fully lined with silky-smooth Japanese nylon rip-stop fabric, providing an extra layer of protection and helping to keep you dry and comfortable throughout the rainy season.
The three-dimensional hood is designed for a comfortable fit and features a visor to help keep out both rain and sunlight. For added protection and warmth, the storm flap is equipped with an extra-large “WALDES” brass zipper and metal snaps, which will naturally develop a beautiful patina and oxidised finish over time. For practicality, all pockets are securely fastened, while hidden hand-warmer pockets provide extra comfort on colder days. Both the hood and cuffs are also adjustable, allowing you to customise the fit to your preference.
