UES have brought us something truly special with these heavyweight grand indigo baker pants. Inspired by the iconic WWII fatigue-style pants, these became a menswear staple worn by civilians in the postwar period. UES has redesigned these pants with even better construction and premium Japanese fabrics!
Using a vintage denim weaving machine, this specially developed 14oz back satin is woven densely for an ultra-heavy feeling. The yarn is grand indigo dyed before weaving, then once complete, the trousers are overdyed again with grand indigo to make for an uneven, super dark grand indigo look. With wear, you'll see some super high contrast fading as the indigo fades to a brighter tone!
Speaking of details, these trousers feature a classic baker pant design with horizontal 'patch' pockets on the front and button flap pockets on the rear. The dark navy urea buttons add some nice tonal contrast with the deep indigo colourway!
