The Flat Head X CORLECTION Deerskin Stand Collar Single Riders Jacket (Black)
$3,388.00 AUD
When talking about some of the best ‘Made In Japan' leather jackets you can not ignore The Flat Head! This single-riders jacket is inspired by the classic 1950s vintage style, which The Flat Head has re-created to the next level! Moreover, we've worked directly with The Flat Head for this particular one, so it's CorLection-exclusive! Unique to our store, with some additional details!
The shell of this deerskin jacket is made of a 1.1mm thick deerskin which is specially developed by The Flat Head. Deerskin hides are notoriously susceptible to scarring and natural imperfections on the leather. TFH is meticulous in the selection of their leather to choose hides that have minimal scarring yet retain slight imperfections which show the natural beauty of the deerskin! It takes 4 ~ 6 months to finish its vegetable tanning process and pure black dyeing process. With wear, you can expect the pure black colour to darken and develop into a deeper black with some more beautiful sheen!
This jacket is lined with their signature lightweight jersey rayon, which is made up of bamboo fibres that combine high durability with a silky-smooth texture that is so comfortable against your skin! It is an antibacterial material and also makes this deerskin jacket more breathable on warm days!
Fitting-wise, this jacket is cut in The Flat Head's signature tailored slim fit which has slimmer sleeves and a slightly longer body length than the vintage version! The short-stand collar will help protect your neck on windy days!
If you are looking for a LIFETIME, 'Made In Japan' deerskin jacket, TFH is one of the best choices!
