Starting, TFH uses an extra-long Zimbabwe cotton yarn for a super soft texture. The weaving method using vintage machines is very slow and for this series in woven with a left-hand twill. This is reflective of the vintage 101 style denim from Lee Jeans and will result in an even more exaggerated vertical texture with time.
The classic 101 details are so skilfully crafted by TFH for a new standard of vintage. From the curved chest pocket to the single needle box stitching horizontally to the front placket, this is an iconic design anyone can recognise and enjoy for years to come. The doughnut-style riveted buttons add a tasteful, vintage look. With double-needle construction for the seams and chain stitching.
