“Ivy Senior!”
This pair of trousers takes inspiration from the late 1960s ivy chino-trousers design. Sugar & Co. has refined the original design, creating a version with richer texture and character for modern-day enjoyment.
Constructed with Japanese 13.5oz sanforized high-density denim, slowly crafted on the ‘70s denim shuttle loom, giving it a sturdy feel and a smooth hand. The cotton thread of both weft and warp is rope-dyed with Solid Black, and with wear and washing, it will age nicely into a high-contrast, “Black and White” look.
Design-wise, we love the hidden pleats on the rise and the elasticated waist, which are inspired by tailored chino trousers from the past.
