This hat is constructed with Japanese 10oz weapon twill fabric that has been slowly woven using vintage machines. This results in comfortable yet durable fabric which has a smooth touch. Thanks to the thread-dyeing process, this is sure to age beautifully to a vintage look with time!
Construction-wise, this hat features a full, 6-panel crown with a reinforced brim for extra durability.
