Samurai's duck canvas chinos are a fresh take on the classic chino design with premium ultra-heavyweight Japanese selvage duck canvas and construction!
These chinos are constructed with a 100% cotton silver lamé selvage I.D, 15oz selvage duck canvas fabric which is specially developed by Samurai and slowly woven on vintage machines at the limit of their capacity. This process results in a hardy, substantial material with a slubby texture. The dark khaki colour is sulphur yarn-dyed, and will age with time to a high-contrasted look like their indigo dyed denim!
Construction-wise, these chinos are sewn together using vintage Union Special chain stitch machines to ensure they remain durable for many years to come! Speaking of details, these chinos feature many charming details including Samurai's custom engraved doughnut iron buttons on the fly, and heavyweight jacquard fabric for the waistband lining and pocket bags. This fabric features a custom "Kamon" or Japanese family crest design which will become more apparent as the garment ages!
Samurai has updated the traditional '41 chino straight cut, to a modern slim fit for a sleek look!
