Constructed with Japanese 13oz HBT denim, slowly woven on a vintage shuttle loom and specially developed by Samurai to create a unique nep texture. The yarn is thread-dyed, allowing the denim to develop a beautifully high-contrast appearance with wear and washing, just like Samurai’s signature denim.
Construction-wise, this hat features a classic six-panel construction, built to last for years of wear.
