“Move fast enough in thought, and time begins to bend — Past and Future unfolding, as Albert Einstein once saw!”

Drawing inspiration from the classic woollen sweatshirt famously worn by Albert Einstein, Warehouse & Co. and John Gluckow have collaborated to reinterpret this design. Refining both the materials and construction, they have created a distinctive “everyday sweatshirt” that blends heritage character with modern comfort.

This 10oz loopwheel-knitted fabric is slowly produced on vintage loopwheel machines, resulting in a dense yet exceptionally comfortable texture. The interior is brushed to a level of softness comparable to fine cashmere, providing warmth and comfort during colder days. The rich colour is achieved through a process of thread-dyeing, allowing the sweatshirt to age beautifully over time, developing a striking vintage appearance with continued wear.

From a design perspective, the raglan sleeve construction offers enhanced mobility and comfort, making this sweatshirt ideal for everyday wear. It features a ribbed collar, cuffs, and hem, with extended rib sections that are slowly knitted on vintage jacquard machines. This meticulous construction ensures superior durability, helping the garment retain its shape beautifully over years of wear.

“E = mc² — we like to think this sweatshirt brings you a little closer!”
