As part of FW's 'Motor Psyclone' series, these draw inspiration from vintage 1960s work pants that have been cut and re-stitched. Based on Freewheelers’ bestselling “Bakersfield” trouser design, these feature a “vintage” faded wash and are the perfect practical shorts for daily wear!
These shorts are constructed with Freewheelers’ specially developed 10.5oz denim. Slowly woven on vintage machines, this denim has a substantial feel even at a lighter weight, with a subtly irregular texture. The sulphur thread-dyed colourway features an aged “lived-in” look. With wear and wash, this colourway will continue to develop an even richer faded patina!
Speaking of construction, this pair features a copper-plated iron button fly that perfectly complements the beautifully aged denim colourway. At the rear, an asymmetrical pocket layout creates a distinctive look, with one pleated back pocket adding both subtle character and a clean silhouette. In addition to the traditional front and rear pockets, these shorts are equipped with two open thigh pockets and a dedicated tool pocket, offering plenty of practical storage for your everyday essentials.
