Boncoura 12.5oz Indigo Weapon Denim Coverall

Size Guide

Inspired from the early 1930s denim coverall and Japanese traditional kimono fitting, BONCOURA gives us his vision that does surprise us!

This 12.5oz nep textured weapon denim is specially developed by BONCOURA and exclusively made for this denim coverall. The warp is thread dyed with pure indigo as well as the weft is sulphur yarn-dyed in a grey colourway. It ages much slower than other denim, however, with many wear and washes, you will see the denim becomes even smoother and a higher contrasted look will become!

Construction-wise, this denim coverall comes with a cinch collar design that will keep your neck cozy on windy days. The buttons are uniquely manufactured in an old bottle top factory in Osaka then hand-engraved on the face with the signature Boncoura logo!

All the pockets come with extra 'bar tack stitching' to make sure this denim coverall will last a LIFETIME for you to enjoy!

Fitting wise, it is inspired by some old Japanese kimonos, not too slim and also not too wide. BONCOURA proudly calls it ‘Tailored fit'!

If you are keen on some 'Best Of The Best' denim coveralls, we guarantee this will be a perfect choice for perfectionists!

How We Measure

Pants and Shorts

Waist:

With the major buttoned up (i.e. the top button) open the jeans and lay them flat, like shown. Measure from the front where the major button closes to the back belt loop. Double this measurement to find the waist measurement.

The way we measure the waist is different from the 'Side to Side' technique. If you are used to the 'side to side' technique you can roughly roughly downsize by 1 inch.

For example, 'side to side' measurement for The Flat Head 3002 waist is 28inch and using our method measures at 29.25inch.

Front Rise:

With the jeans lying flat measure from the crotch bar tack to the top of the waistband.

Back Rise:

Spread out the crotch so the bar tack is visible, then measure from the crotch to the top of the waistband.

Thigh:

One inch down from the crotch, measure flat across to the other side.

Inseam:

Flatten the leg and measure along the inseam from the crotch to the leg hem.

Leg Openning:

Measure straight across the hem from side to side.

Tops

Shoulder:

Lay flat then measure from the shoulder's edge to the other shoulder's edge.

Chest:

Lay shirt flat and measure from pit to pit.

Sleeve length:

With the sleeve flat measure from the shoulder to the cuff.

Arm hole openning:

Measure from the shoulder down to the pitt.

Vertical length:

With the shirt facing down, Measure from below the collar to the bottom hem.
