These classic caps are constructed with Japanese heavyweight selvage back satin fabric specially developed by Samurai. Thick yarns are slowly woven using vintage machines to produce a tightly woven fabric with a beautiful irregular horizontal texture! The colour is yarn-dyed with olive sulphur dye and will age to a soulful vintage look with time!
design-wise, this cap features a 6-panel dome construction with cotton twill lining on the seams and headband for enhanced durability! The short brim is reinforced with chain-stitching construction to retain the shape for many years of wear. Finally, the back features Samurai's black-coated iron button adjusters to enable you to get the perfect fit!
