The Jaguar print tee features the work of Yusuke Hanai, a Japanese artist who has worked to great acclaim since the 1990's. Drawing inspiration from the '50s and '60s graphics, he infuses a modern insouciance and cynicism with 1950s counterculture iconography.
Well known in Japan for its many wearable qualities, the Warehouse "Bamboo" fabric has very strong horizontal textures that just look like segments of bamboo. The fabric is very elastic and breathable, which also adds to the idea that it is like Bamboo. It was knitted by vintage machines with a different way of knitting. The machine has to work at a very slow pace that could only produce sufficient fabric for 10 tees per day.
These tees are super comfy and well-textured. The slightly higher collar design and ribbed construction will enhance the shape to make it last longer than other tees! It uses the same construction for the collar as some high-end 1950s "Sportswear T-Shirts" which are very rare to find in other brands now!
