A staple of men's style, here we have The Flat Head's version of the classic trucker cap made with premium Japanese denim and tasteful detailing!
This cap is constructed with 12oz selvage denim specially developed by TFH. Slowly woven on vintage machines, this denim has a smooth yet subtly irregular texture with a hairy, neppy surface. Thanks to the grand indigo yarn-dyeing process, this cap will age to a high contrast look, with many lighter and darker hues of indigo appearing!
Speaking of construction, this cap features a 6-panel dome construction with cotton twill lining on the seams and a headband for enhanced durability! The brim is reinforced with chain-stitching construction to retain the shape for many years of wear. The back features a cowhide leather adjuster with TFH's custom brass buckle, which will age with a soulful patina. Finally, the cap is finished with TFH's signature chain-stitched "Hot Rod", embroidered by skilled Japanese craftsmen in tasteful contrasting white stitching!
