Each season, MSP brings us its amazing creations, combining classic military and workwear designs from the past with a modern twist! This jacket is inspired by the MA-1 bomber jacket, which MSP has recreated using modern, specially developed fabrics, expert construction, and skilful dyeing techniques!
The shell of this MA-1 flight jacket is constructed with MSP's specially developed Tencel fabric. Tencel is a high-end semi-synthetic fabric derived from wood pulp and is one of the most environmentally friendly fabrics. This fabric is as soft as cashmere and one of the most comfortable materials we have seen. The dark brown colour uses the Japanese traditional mud-dye technique to give it a more vintage vibe, with wear and wash, this fabric has an incredible soulful vintage appearance, that only looks better with time!
Speaking of construction, MSP has used high-density polyester lining for maximum comfort, insulation and durability! This jacket features classic MA-1 jacket details including ribbing fabric on the collar, sleeve openings and hem to keep the wind out. With two waist pockets, two internal pockets and the signature MA-1 arm pocket, this jacket has plenty of storage space for your daily needs!
