This jacket’s shell is cut from Freewheelers’ specially developed medium-weight velveteen, slow-woven on vintage machines for a rich, silk-like feel to the touch. The ‘Rude Black’ colourway is sulphur-dyed, revealing a subtle, night-sky hue under light. Inside, a rayon/cotton blend lining provides a smooth, effortless feel, making the jacket easy to throw on while maintaining all-day comfort.
Design-wise, this jacket is packed with thoughtful details. The waist features button-flap pockets paired with concealed hand-warmer pockets. An open pocket on the right side is perfect for storing items such as a pair of sunglasses, while the zipped chest pocket to the left side keeps small valuables secure and adds a refined touch. Adjustable cuffs and a flexible waistband allow for easy layering across seasons. Jet-black polished urea buttons introduce subtle tonal contrast, giving this jacket a classic, old-school night rider vibe.
