Freewheelers "GRUNTS" HBT Utility Trousers (Rude Black)
$627.00 AUD
“This is my rifle! There are many like it, but this one is mine!”
Freewheelers continue to amaze with their ever-evolving range of military-inspired garments! These trousers are based on the P-41 utility trousers issued to U.S. Marines, AKA “Grunts,” in the Pacific Theater during World War II. Freewheelers have updated these trousers with some unique details, fabric, and design while honouring the classic features of the original!
Constructed with FW’s specially developed heavyweight herringbone twill. Slowly woven using vintage machines, this fabric has a hefty feel with subtly irregular HBT texture. Yarn-dyed with black sulphur dye, this jacket will age to a soulful, high-contrasted ‘Black & White’ look, revealing more and more of the tasteful HBT pattern with wear!
These trousers feature some amazing military-spec details inspired by the original 1940s model, with black overdyed doughnut buttons on the fly that will age to a soulful look! Freewheelers have added an additional “cigarette pack” pocket for some extra storage space. The slanted front pockets and large open pockets on the rear make these trousers highly practical. Finally, the waist adjusters on the sides ensure you can always get the perfect fit!
If you are looking to grab yourself some stylish military-inspired trousers with amazing details and serious fading potential, Freewheelers is a fantastic choice!
