Inspired by the final batch of Levi’s iconic ‘66 denim, originally released in the late 1960s, Denime brings this historic silhouette back to life — with even greater craftsmanship than the original!
Crafted from 14.5oz XX denim developed by Kurabo Mill over 30 years ago, the very same denim that defined OG Denime — this denim is scheduled to be discontinued in 2026, making each pair a true collector’s item. Woven slowly on vintage Toyoda GL3 shuttle looms, the fabric blends short-fiber white U.S. cotton with long-fiber tea cotton, resulting in a subtly brownish cast, smooth hand feel, and delicate vertical texture. The sumi-black tone colour is sulphur thread-dyed. With wear and wash, these denim will develop a soulful sumi-black fade, revealing a warm-toned vintage patina that’s as distinctive as it is timeless.
Design highlights include the iconic papar-ticket patch, custom copper buttons, and an overall aesthetic that captures that coveted “last-batch vintage” character.

The denim is unsanforized, which will shrink 4~8% with washes:
- Cold Soak: 0.75" in the waist; 1.25" in the inseam
- Warm Soak/Cold Machine Wash: 1.25" in the waist; 1.75" in the inseam
- Warm Machine Wash: 1.75" in the waist; 2.5" in the inseam
