This pair of pants is constructed with Boncoura's specially developed 15oz black selvage denim, the same fabric used for their 66' black denim! Slowly woven in vintage shuttle looms, this fabric strikes the perfect balance of smooth and subtly irregular texture for an authentic vintage vibe! The sumi-black colourway is thread-dyed to achieve a rich charcoal colour! Unlike most black denim, Boncoura utilises a special dyeing method to leave the inner cores undyed white. With wear and washing, you can expect this pair to age to a high-contrast black-and-white look with plenty of soul!
Construction-wise, this pair features a 5-pocket design with a coin pocket, in addition to the signature 'painter pant' tool pockets and hammer loop on the thighs. Peaking inside the back pocket you can spot the pink selvage I.D. This pair features Boncoura's custom solid brass zip and snap button on the fly for practicality and durability. The pocket bags are made from a specially-developed, shirting-grade HBT fabric which is silky smooth yet highly durable. These have been hand-printed using vintage typewriter machines for some added vintage flair! This pair has been chain-stitched using vintage machines to ensure the denim remains reliably durable for many years to come!
