Produced on a UES power-loom, giving it that extra thick and study feel, the Railway cap are built around UES’ ‘three-dimensional’ pleated design. Made in Japan from a 12oz indigo yarn-dyed wabash cotton, UES carefully crafts each hat in the style of the American railway workers of the 20th century. Built with shallow depth in the top for a modern fit, it’s a perfect blend of old and new design.
Featuring an elasticated rear section for the perfect fit, and with a special inner material in the brim to retain shape no matter how it’s bent, this hat lives up to the UES promise of a ‘life-long garment’. With wear it will age stunningly - the indigo dye will gracefully fade, becoming light and lighter.
