Conceived by Zip Stevenson, a legendary figure in Amekaji style, and handmade in California in small batches by Japanese craftsmen, these belts are highly sought after in the Japanese market and have a bold individual style for those looking for something extra special!
This belt is constructed with vegetable-tanned cowhide leather of 4 mm thickness. With frequent leather care, the light brown tea-core colourway will develop a darker patina with a shinier surface. With less leather care, you can expect to see lighter tan hues coming through as it ages to a soulful look!
Speaking of details, this belt features heavy-duty brass hardware. The oxidised studs and polished crystal stones are hand-hammered and set by highly skilled craftsmen. This is a time-consuming and laborious process so only small batches of these belts can be produced.
