The Flat Head, utilising some of Japan’s oldest-running loopwheel looms, knits these t-shirts at a super-slow rate of only 10 or so a day! This labour intensive manufacturing practice yields a super-smooth, almost cashmere-like, texture on both sides of the the garment. That sturdy construct with the soft vintage of proper slowly loopwheeled cotton!Of course, the cotton isn’t the only feature here: TFH employ their signature triple-stitched collar, so there’s no chance of overstretching. When stitching the collar they use extra thick, cotton threads for the line construction, making for a terribly long-lasting solid neckline! These tees are yarn-dyed, meaning they’ll age gracefully with a soft contrast across the garment. Unlike typical over-dying techniques, this will age with a stunning range of shades of colour!Working with The Flat Head, we’ve consulted with the Japanese team over there to make vertical length 1 inch longer than the standard series - perfect for a modern stylish fit!If you really wanna try some of the best, go for TFH!
