FILE 021: First Arrow's Eagle Set -- 10 Years of Wear

This First Arrow's Eagle Set belongs to our Melbourne Store Manager -- Ray, who shares:
"I’ve been a First Arrow’s fan since 2013. This is my Eagle Set from FA—something I’ve been adding to over the years with pendants, vintage red beads, and small silver pieces. After more than a decade, it has become my 'Flying Yellow Eagle' set, a personal symbol of courage.
To me, it represents freedom. And I hope that in this life, I can live as FREELY as the eagle it embodies."

"After a decade of wear, the specially developed 950 silver has taken on a beautiful brownish hue with time. It contrasts perfectly with the 18K gold eagle head and natural turquoise. I’ve also grown to love the scratches along the eagle’s body—what I like to call its 'Battle Scars' ".

"When I became the Melbourne Store Manager, I added a Naja pendant to my Eagle Set on that very day. In Native American culture, the Naja symbolizes rebirth—and I truly felt that I had been reborn when I stepped into this role."

"Flip the eagle over and you’ll find an 18K gold emblem—the Heart of the Eagle—with my name engraved next to it. I asked Ito-san, the founder of First Arrow’s, to engrave my name during our very first First Arrow’s event at the Melbourne store, years ago. It’s a detail that makes this piece even more personal and meaningful to me."

"Each feather pendant is hand-built by skilled artisans in Tokyo. They age beautifully alongside my eagle, and over time, each feather develops its own unique character. Yet somehow, they all come together again—shaping themselves into a single, unified form with the eagle pendant as the soul of the Eagle Set."

"Five years ago, I also upgraded the standard silver hook to First Arrow’s Arrow Hook—making the set feel even more authentically 'First Arrow’s'."

"I really love these vintage red beads I collected from Japanese vintage markets. I’ve always hoped that, over time, my Eagle Set would grow old and become vintage along with them. I call these red beads HOT BLOOD—they flow through the set, giving it life, history, and spirit."
