This is just like some real vintage USN or US ARMY denim fabrics developed back in the day. Of course, "Japan made" takes things to the next level with vintage-indigo dying and high standard, natural cotton fibres.

The eyelets have been created with vintage machines for extra strength and breathability. To allow for flexibility, the brim has been reinforced with many rounds of stitches. You can even bend it to your own desired angle.
