This jacket is constructed with 14oz red selvedge I.D. signature denim, specially developed by Iron Heart. Slowly woven using vintage denim machines, this fabric has a smooth yet slightly irregular texture. The warp is thread-dyed with grand indigo and the weft is sulphur thread-dyed in black. In the brand new condition, it looks black and with wear and washes, the denim will reveal many shades of indigo to a high-contrasted look!

This season Iron Heart has brought us their take on the iconic Storm Rider denim jacket! First produced by Lee in the late 1940s, the storm rider jacket evolved from its humble workwear origins, to become a fashionable garment worn by movie stars and musicians in the decades since! Iron Heart has remade it to be even better than vintage!

The shell is constructed with Iron Heart's specially developed 18oz red selvedge I.D denim fabric. Slowly woven on vintage machines, this fabric has an incredibly slightly rough irregular texture! The yarns are genuine indigo thread-dyed. With wash and wear, this denim will age to a stunning high-contrast vintage look! IH has chosen a classic wool/cotton blend blanket lining with a soulful vintage-style colourway for warmth, while the quilted nylon sleeve lining provides next-level comfort and insulation!

Speaking of details, this jacket features the signature corduroy lining on the collar, 'zigzag' stitching on the central placket, pleated body construction and Lee-style chest pockets for that iconic look! Iron Heart have returned with another Type 3 in their famous 16oz slubby black-overdyed indigo selvedge denim!

Inspired by the iconic Levis Type III first released in 1962, Iron Heart have updated the fit to be slightly longer and less boxy for a more contemporary, fashionable cut.

This jacket is constructed with their specially developed Japanese 16oz red selvage ID slubby denim. Slowly woven using vintage denim looms, this fabric has a dense feel and incredible three-dimensional slubby texture! However, the real magic is in the dyeing process. The denim is thread-dyed with grand indigo before weaving and fabrication. Finally, the denim is overdyed with black dye, again! With wear and wash, the black colourway will fade as the indigo yarns age to an amazing, high-contrast indigo look!
