This cap is constructed using Japanese 11oz sanforized selvedge denim, slowly woven on vintage shuttle looms to achieve a smooth hand feel with a rich, uneven texture beneath the surface. Thread-dyed with sulphur black, in time with wear the fabric will gradually fade, developing a beautifully high-contrast patina unique to each wearer.

In terms of design, the embroidered “Buffalo Rider” logo sits proudly at the centre, while the brim is lined with Japanese lightweight cotton sateen for a distinct old-school character.
