This jacket is constructed with PBJ’s specially developed 11oz stretch denim (original weight in raw was 10.5oz), which is woven slowly on the vintage machine. With time, it will age nicely to a more contrasted look!
Construction-wise, this jacket combines chain-stitching and binding techniques throughout the body, delivering a high-end, tailored finish. The standout D-RING style iron buttons, engraved with PBJ’s classic Leaf Logo, are crafted by skilled artisans at a traditional Japanese bottle cap factory—an impressive nod to heritage craftsmanship. Meanwhile, the cuff buttons are made from hand-polished, natural buffalo horn, adding a subtle touch of luxury to the overall design!
