Woven slowly and tightly on an extremely rare 1950s Sakamoto shuttle loom, this denim embodies the heritage of true vintage craftsmanship. The use of this vintage loom ensures a dense, character-rich fabric that modern machines simply can't replicate! To achieve Omoto's signature "Grand Indigo" tone, the yarns undergo a pure indigo rope-dyeing process repeated over 20 times. This intensive dyeing method creates a deep, rich indigo that will age beautifully, developing high-contrast fades and vibrant blue hues over time with wear.
