This jacket takes its inspiration from the classic late-’50s mechanic work jacket. IH has improved the materials and construction, making it an impressive version for you to enjoy.
This jacket is constructed from Japanese 10.5oz herringbone twill, slowly woven on vintage shuttle looms. The fabric has a smooth, comfortable hand feel and an uneven texture. The yarns are rope-dyed with genuine indigo, and with wear and washing, they will age beautifully to develop a high-contrast look, just like Iron Heart's raw denim.
Design-wise, we love the practical twin straight zips and adjustable hem and cuffs, which allow you to wear different layers underneath throughout the seasons.
