Inspired by the famous 1953 Levi's Type II, Iron Heart have updated the fit to be slightly longer and less boxy for a more contemporary, fashionable cut. This version features a cotton/linen blend, making it highly breathable and pliable!
This jacket is constructed with a blended fabric specially developed by Iron Heart, with 100% cotton yarns used for the warp and 100% linen for the weft. Slowly woven using vintage machines, this denim has a silky-smooth hand touch with a subtly neppy surface. Thanks to linen weft yarns, this jacket has a slightly stretchy hand feel using 100% natural fibres, making this a very comfortable choice you can wear daily! The warp has been thread-dyed with grand indigo; with wear and washing, you can expect to see some beautiful high-contrast fading, with many lighter hues of indigo coming through!
In traditional Iron Heart fashion, this jacket has been constructed to the highest standards, with double-needle construction, bar tack stitching, heavy-duty brass hardwear and an extra-thick cowhide patch. This is surely to be a LIFETIME jacket for you to enjoy!
