The design draws inspiration from late-’30s dockworkers’ work trousers, considered a blueprint for today’s tailored trousers. Freewheelers reinterprets the original design with premium materials and refined construction, making it even better!
Constructed with Japanese 10.5oz selvage Weapon denim, slowly crafted on a vintage shuttle loom, giving it a smooth touch and a subtle vertical texture. The Ink-Black is yarn-dyed, and with wear and wash, it will gradually develop a high-contrast look, revealing beautiful shades of ink-black over time.
Design-wise, these trousers feature a cinch-back waist for easy adjustment and iron buttons for suspender attachment. The inner waistband is lined with Japanese medium-weight herringbone twill for added durability.
